Issue

axon is currently local-only at ~/git/axon/ with no remote. Per project convention (memory: "OneDev is default repo home"), it should live at git.pctbin.com/axon with its own OneDev project.

Tasks

  • Create OneDev project axon
  • Push existing local commits to origin/main
  • Migrate the relevant follow-up issues from internal-joseph (#30 productize as service, plus the three filed today) to the new axon project
  • Update the plan doc cross-reference: internal-joseph/docs/2026-05-05-inputd-core.md should reference axon repo paths, not local clone paths
