Idea

A lightweight monitoring surface (working name: Dispatch) that surfaces items needing a response across three channels: unanswered emails, unheard/uncallbacked voicemails, and open/unacknowledged Autotask tickets. Not a full dashboard — more like a persistent "you have things waiting" indicator with drill-down. Could live in Pulse, stack-dashboard, or as a standalone tray/widget.

Why

Response lag across email, voicemail, and AT is a real gap in the daily rhythm. A single glance surface removes the mental overhead of checking three systems and reduces things falling through the cracks.

Open questions

  • Where does it live? Pulse (tray popup), stack-dashboard widget, or standalone?
  • Email source: Exchange via Graph, or M365 tool conduit?
  • Voicemail source: what system? (3CX, Teams, other — clarify before spiking)
  • Autotask: filter by assigned-to-me vs queue?
  • Name candidates: Dispatch, Triage, Sentinel — pick one before building

Voicemail source resolved: RingCentral delivers voicemails as emails into an Outlook voicemail folder. No RingCentral API needed — all three sources (email, voicemail, AT) can be queried via Exchange/Graph. Simplifies the spike considerably.
