Get the guts repo-first orientation skill installed on Darren's Claude Code so he gets the same auto-orientation behavior on session start.

Why

Skill is proven on Joseph's setup; Darren is the next obvious beneficiary. Reduces "where does this live / what's the canonical pattern" friction in his sessions.

Open questions

  • Deploy via chezmoi shared dotfiles, or one-shot copy into his ~/.claude/skills/?
  • Any Darren-specific tweaks, or stock skill?
